Location - Close to airport for late night arrival. Close to train station. Market in street outside was interesting.
Area cleanliness. Room fairly basic for the price range. Breakfast disappointing.

The hotl staff is just great. So Friendly and had an answer to any quetion (in very good english I might add...). The hotel is nice, clean, and good value for money. Also - very close to the airport and offers free car service.

The hotel is located on a busy, "typical" Indian city street, with crowds of people, stalls, shops and vehicles. Handy to Santa Cruz Station for the adventurous tourist. Also handy to domestic airport terminal. Double rooms are small, not really big enough for 2 large people, but they are clean. Staff attentive and friendly. An unexpected highlight was discovering the hotel's restaurant at the back of the building. Nice ambience, great food and service.
I would not describe the room as "deluxe", but it was quite adequate.

The staff were very nice and helpful, they made me feel comfortable straight away. Room was nice, with tv, air conditioning and bathroom with hot water. Breakfast was included on roof terrace which was very nice and I had free airport transfers which was my main reason for choosing the hotel as I was in transit.
Only downside was the noise from the road outside which made it difficult to sleep at first.

Very close to the Mumbai International and Domestic Airport, pick up and drop off service included in the price, excellent service, good breakfast, clean. Suggest picking a room on the back, wich is more quiet.
The price is high for the type of hote (simple)l, but considering the prices in Mumbai, I think it is a very good option for those who want to sleep near the airport and don't want to pay for a luxury hotel.
